1. How to submit a request
Email contact@irisdatatech.com with the subject “Data Subject Rights Request”. State your request and the relationship or channel involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, PINs or payment data.
2. Requests we handle
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion where applicable, portability, information about sharing, review of automated decisions where applicable, and revocation of consent. For B2B prospecting, you may also object to future outreach.
3. Identity and scope
We may ask for reasonable information to confirm identity, authority and the records involved. This protects you and third parties from unauthorized disclosure or changes. If a customer of an Iris product is the controller of the relevant data, we may direct the request to that customer while providing the assistance required by law.
4. Deletion and exceptions
A request is not an automatic deletion command. We assess the request, applicable legal retention, security, fraud prevention and exercise of rights. Data that cannot be deleted immediately may remain restricted for the required period, and we will communicate the applicable outcome.
5. B2B objection
To object specifically to B2B prospecting, use the subject “B2B Prospecting Objection” and identify the business email or channel involved. See the B2B Prospecting Privacy Notice.
