1. Controller and purpose
Iris Data Technology Ltda., CNPJ 27.164.777/0001-48, is the controller for its own B2B prospecting. The purpose is to assess whether a business relationship concerning Iris products or services is relevant. This notice does not authorize outreach by itself and does not replace the internal governance review required for each channel.
2. Categories and sources
At this stage, Iris uses its own authorized business contact records and information provided directly in a commercial interaction. We may process name, professional email, company, role and business context necessary to assess the relationship. A new source may only be used after the applicable terms, origin and governance records have been reviewed. We do not infer consent from public availability.
3. Assessment before outreach
Before a contact is considered eligible, Iris assesses the declared purpose, applicable legal basis, source record, channel policy, retention, individual permission when required and any opposition or unsubscribe request. A record may be rejected or blocked at any point. LinkedIn is not used for automated outreach, and website contact forms are not submitted in bulk.
4. Retention and separation
Unverified B2B prospect records are retained for up to two years. At the end of that period, they become inactive and remain blocked from outreach; relevant history is preserved only when justified by the applicable purpose and legal basis. Iris Data Tech and Biometrik are distinct controllers. Records are not automatically shared between them.
5. Rights and objection
You may object to prospecting, request access, correction, deletion where applicable, information about the source and other rights by emailing contact@irisdatatech.com with the subject “B2B Prospecting Objection”. Please identify the business email or channel involved; do not send passwords, tokens or payment data. A valid objection blocks future outreach in the applicable scope while the request is assessed.
6. No sale or automatic delivery
Iris does not sell these personal data. This notice does not create an audience, campaign, export, connector or automatic delivery. Any communication remains subject to the applicable channel rules and the documented governance decision.
